KaamSathi charges job seekers nothing — not to sign up, not to apply, not to be shortlisted, not for a “faster” profile. If anyone asks you for money to get a job through this platform, that is fraud. Do not pay. Report it to support@karmijob.com and we will remove them.

Employers may pay us for posting or promotion. That is the only money that flows here, and it never buys a decision about a candidate.

काम साथीले जागिर खोज्नेबाट कहिल्यै पैसा लिँदैन — दर्ता, आवेदन वा छनोटका लागि पनि होइन। कसैले जागिरका नाममा पैसा माग्यो भने त्यो ठगी हो। नतिर्नुहोस्, हामीलाई खबर गर्नुहोस्।

• Tell the truth in your profile and your CV. Inventing experience wastes everyone’s time and gets accounts removed.
• Upload only your own documents. Do not upload someone else’s CV or ID.
• One person, one account.
• Treat AI output as a draft. The match scores, cover-letter drafts and scam checks are assistance, not advice, and not a guarantee of a job.

• Post only real, open vacancies with honest pay, location and duties. No bait listings, no roles that have already been filled.
• Never charge a candidate anything— no application fee, training fee, deposit, uniform charge, document charge or “processing” fee. Doing so gets your account removed and reported.
• Follow Nepali labour law, including on minimum wage, working hours and contracts, and do not discriminate on caste, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability or marital status.
• You are responsible for candidate data you receive. Use it to fill the role you posted and nothing else. Do not resell it, do not add applicants to marketing lists, and delete it when you no longer need it.
• Never ask a candidate for a passport, bank details or money before a written offer. If you recruit for work abroad, you must hold a valid DoFE licence and say so on the listing.
• You warrant that everything you post is accurate and that you have the right to post it.

• Scrape, bulk-download or resell listings or candidate profiles.
• Post anything false, illegal, hateful, or designed to defraud.
• Automate account creation, or attack the service or its rate limits.
• Impersonate another person, company or government body.

Every job page has a Report action. For anything else — a fraudulent employer, a fee demand, harassment, a listing that should not exist — email support@karmijob.com. We read every report. We can remove listings and suspend accounts, and we do.

The free scam checker is there for suspicious recruiter messages — use it before you send anyone money or documents.

We are a place where jobs and people meet. We do not guarantee that you will get a job, that a candidate will accept, that a listing is genuine, or that the service will be available without interruption. We verify what we reasonably can and we act on reports, but employers are independent of us and we are not a party to your employment.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a listing, an employer, or an AI-generated suggestion.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms — usually after a warning, immediately if there is a fraud risk to other users.

तपाईंले जुनसुकै बेला खाता मेटाउन सक्नुहुन्छ। सर्त उल्लङ्घन भएमा हामी खाता बन्द गर्न सक्छौं।

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If we change them materially we will update the date at the top and, for account holders, say so in the app.

यी सर्तहरू नेपालको कानुनअनुसार लागू हुन्छन्। ठूलो परिवर्तन भएमा माथिको मिति अद्यावधिक गरिनेछ।
